Returns

 

We are aware that returns can be the bane of our customers lives, so we have simplified the process, once the following steps are followed, the returns process will be painless!

 Returns Process:

  • Returns form to be filled out online*
  • https://www.tradesupply.eu/resources/returns.html
  • All details to be completed on this form **
  • Aftersales department will contact the Customer once form is processed 
  • The product and all documentation should be correctly packaged for transportation***
  • When collection is arranged for the end user please allow 1 week for collection, once the tracking number has been provided
  • The product will be collected and returned to the warehouse
  • The product will then go through strict testing procedure
  • Once the testing has been completed credit will be issued



*Please attach a photo of all toners to be returned in the “attach a file” section of the online form
**Batch codes are not needed for inks

Further information: 


  • The Returns process can take up to 3 weeks to complete
  • To ensure that this process is completed as quickly as possible please follow the above steps
  • We are aware that your reputation is at stake and it is our responsibility to ensure that your reputation remains intact
  • Collection will be attempted on two occasions 
  • Any subsequent collection attempts will be at the cost of the customer
  • If the above steps are not completed, we reserve the right to refuse the return/credit
  • Should a suspected failure occur with an end user, it is our priority and promise to you that we will replace the product in a quick and decisive manner
  • We will endeavor to have the product out to your customer same day or next day
  • Unwanted products can be returned within 2 months of purchase, however, there will be a 20% restocking fee will apply, products must not be opened or have been used to return to stock 


 
Delivery
  • Delivery is provided by a third-party courier company. 
  • All orders shipped before 5:30pm will be delivered in Ireland the following day 
  • The courier has up until 5:30pm to deliver the order. 
  • Customers are emailed all tracking numbers for their orders by email, sent to the default email on the customer’s account, at the end of business 
  •  Please use this information to track your order, and if required to make contact with the courier company to provide and estimated time of arrival.
  • Tradesupply provides exceptionally low delivery charges to customers and to third parties. 
  • Delivery is guaranteed to be next day, unless otherwise stated, and delivery time can be up until 5:30pm. 
  • If the delivery is beyond 5:30pm or there is a non-delivery, we would ask that our Customer Experience Team are notified immediately
  • Exceptional cases, particularly over the Christmas period, deliveries can be delayed due to traffic, weather and high volume, we appreciate your patience during these times.


Tradesupply support cannot provide information relating to the specific time of a delivery, whom the order was received by, what time the order was delivered. All information relating to the delivery of an order can only be gained from the third-party courier company.
